The main aim of the house is to inculcate in our students, the essential qualities of
leadership, teamwork, co-operation, mutual understanding and self-reliance. Our St.
Theresa’s School family has four houses. Namely Dhyan Chand House, Kalam House, Mother
Teresa House and Radhakrishnan House. Each house has a captain and a vice captain. Each
house has its definite motto.
1. Dhyan Chand House
Motto: “Excellence through Teamwork”
Logo Concept:

2. Kalam House
Motto: “Dream, Innovate, Achieve”
Logo Concept:
- ✔ Central Image: A rocket launching into the sky, symbolising Dr. Kalam’s contributions to aerospace and his vision of reaching great heights.
- ✔ Elements: Stars and clouds to represent dreams and aspirations.
- ✔ Colours: Shades of blue and silver, reflecting innovation and the limitless sky.
- ✔ Additional Detail: Incorporate an open book at the base of the rocket to symbolise education and knowledge.
3. Theresa House
Motto: “Serve with Compassion”
Logo Concept:
- ✔ Central Image: A pair of hands gently holding a heart, representing Mother Teresa’s compassion and care.
- ✔ Elements: A halo or soft rays emanating from the heart to signify love and kindness.
- ✔ Colours: Warm and inviting shades of red and gold, symbolising compassion and service.
- ✔ Additional Detail: A simple cross or a dove to reflect peace and humanitarian service.
4. Radhakrishnan House
Motto: “Wisdom through Education”
Logo Concept:
- ✔ Central Image: An open book with a light bulb above it, symbolising knowledge and enlightenment.
- ✔ Elements: Olive branches or quills around the book to represent wisdom and learning.
- ✔ Colours: Green and gold, reflecting growth, knowledge, and the pursuit of wisdom.
- ✔ Additional Detail: A stylised torch (symbolising the torch of knowledge) incorporated into the design.
