No pupil will be admitted without a Transfer Certificat from the last school attended and in no case shall a schola be permitted to attend classes pending formal admission. A pupil joining school for the first time must product satisfactory evidence of his/her date of birth, such as an extract of the municipal or village record.

The date of birth of the student once entered will not be undertaking to his effect.

(a) The Principal reserves the right to wave aside any of the rules contained in this prospectus without assigning any reason.

(b) The interpretation of any rule in this prospectus rest solely and entirely with the Governing Body of this school Their interpretation and decision is final.

Admission forms are available from the school office in the month of December onwards during the office hours from 8 a.m. to 1p.m.

Procedure of admission includes registration/meeting/identification etc.

• For admission to classes other than Nursery a small test will be held to shortlist the applicants.
• List of successful candidates will be displayed on the notice board of the school.
• The Qualified Candidates will be accompanied by both the parents for the identification procedure.

The current year by April 1 a child should be:

Documents to be submitted at the time of admission.

The duly filled admission from.

Birth certificate issued by municipality hospital or Gram Panchayat (Original for verification and photocopy for submission).

Blood group report

2 recent passport size photographs.

Please Note

For Nursery no T.C. is required.

Incomplete forms will be rejected.

No photocopy of forms will be accepted.

No exchange of forms is permitted.

No kundali, no affidavit for date of birth is accpetable or valid.

Change of date of birth will not be entertained; Date of birth once Registered cannot be altered.

Recommendations of any kind will disqualify for admission.

No application form will be accpeted without attested copy of DOB certificate and the photograph.

As per G.O.No. 1101/-1(5) session 1981-82 dated Lkn. Oct 15th 1981 - D.O.B. shall not be changed later on under any premise/reason.
